Groundbreaking for the new company building

In recent years, JFJ has experienced rapid growth, which is particularly evident...

…in the increasingly cramped office space. The approximately 40 employees are currently divided between 3 offices and 2 warehouses. With the new location, we can now reduce the logistical effort and install tighter communication channels.

In addition to the new office building, there are also commercial spaces that are rented out, a production hall for our own development and a gas station with a regional food shop.
The joy of the new company building, which is to be occupied next year, could already be clearly felt at the ground-breaking ceremony!

“Johann Schwandtner and I have had a close friendship since childhood. He is excellently educated and, as a proven expert in robotics and flight & space technology, will be a great support for our future growth,” says Josef Joachimbauer on the expansion of the JFJ management team.

“Josef Joachimbauer and I were already work colleagues at an earlier professional station. I am all the more pleased to be able to contribute to the further development of his company on the basis of my experience and expertise,” says 41-year-old Johann Schwandtner.

Josef Joachimbauer and Johann Schwandtner will in future manage the JFJ Group together with the management team Roman Hager (Finance), Bernhard Schmidthammer (Marketing & Sales) and Cornelia Barth (RYMO GmbH) and will continue to drive the company’s development. Johann Schwandtner will focus on the two business areas Aviation & Defence and ergoHI2 as well as the areas Organization, Project Execution, Innovation & Development. Josef Joachimbauer will continue to represent the company in his usual manner, with an increased focus on the core areas of sales and business development.

Dr. Schwandtner studied mechatronics and received his doctorate in technical sciences from Johannes Kepler University in Linz in 2016. He was employed at AMST-Systemtechnik GmbH from 2008 to 2021 – most recently in a management role for research and development. Thereafter and to date, he has worked independently as a management consultant in the field of medical technology/pandemic control.
